‘Be Very Wary!’ 76-year-old warns others of sophisticated phishing scam that cost him thousands

(InvestigateTV) — An Arizona man is missing thousands of dollars after falling victim to a sophisticated phishing scam. The email he received was so convincing that he is now warning others.
When the 76-year-old man received an email from a technology company he had previously purchased from, he didn’t think anything about it being a potential scam.
However, instead of dealing with that reputable technology company, he was duped by a convincing scammer.
Reporter Rebecca Taylor sat down with the man to hear his story and his warning to the public.
